À Percy’s Place de Miramichi, le 26 septembre 2025, est décédé Wilfred Poirier, époux de Noëlla Poirier (née Robichaud). Il demeurait autrefois à Escuminac. Né le 24 mai 1955, il était le fils de feu Bruno Poirier et de feu Catherine Mazerolle.

Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil trois fille : Chanelle (Mitchell), Carine (Karl) et ses enfants : Willow, Ben et Zach; et Colombe (Trente) et ses enfants : Breven, Kori et Greyson; un beau-fils Allen (Rachelle) et sa fille Sarah; ses sœurs et frères : Ida (Tom), Aline, Lauriel, Verna (Guy), Jeanne (Dwight), Annette (Léo-Paul), Gérald (Lauretta), Roland (Jacynthe), Ronald (Mary) et Gabriel (Virgine); ses trois beaux-frères : Gary (Géralda), Aurélien (Norma Jean) et Jeannot (Sylvie), ainsi que plusieurs neveux, nièces, cousins, cousines et amis.

Il a été précédé dans la tombe par ses parents ainsi que ses frères et sa sœur : Albin, Louis, Alphonse, Albertin et Rolande.

Il n’y aura pas de visites au salon funéraire ni de funérailles.

Les arrangements funéraires ont été confiés aux soins professionnels de la Coopérative Funéraire « La Colombe » Ltée de Tracadie.

Wilfred Poirier, husband of Noëlla Poirier (née Robichaud), passed away on September 26, 2025, at Percy’s Place in Miramichi. He formerly resided in Escuminac. Born on May 24, 1955, he was the son of the late Bruno Poirier and the late Catherine Mazerolle.

Besides his wife, he is survived by three daughters: Chanelle (Mitchell), Carine (Karl) and their children: Willow, Ben, and Zach; and Colombe (Trente) and her children: Breven, Kori, and Greyson; a stepson, Allen (Rachelle) and his daughter, Sarah; his sisters and brothers: Ida (Tom), Aline, Lauriel, Verna (Guy), Jeanne (Dwight), Annette (Léo-Paul), Gérald (Lauretta), Roland (Jacynthe), Ronald (Mary), and Gabriel (Virgine); two brothers-in-law: Gary (Géralda) and Aurélien (Norma Jean), as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.

He was predeceased by his parents and his brothers and sister: Albin, Louis, Alphonse, Albertin, and Rolande.

There will be no visitation or funeral service at the funeral home.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Coopérative Funéraire « La Colombe » Ltée in Tracadie.
